Welcome to explore what within you longs to be seen, met, and held — so that it can finally be released.

Embodied Release is an invitation to descend into the wisdom of your body, release stuck life force, and return to your own truth.

At the heart of the retreat are deep breathwork and authentic relating — two powerful pathways to connection and inner clarity.

Through Holotropic and Biodynamic Breathwork, we access deeper layers of the subconscious, release held tension, and allow emotions and insights to flow more freely. We also explore the use of our own voice as a tool for emotional expression and intuition — without demands, without judgment.

For many of us, our connection to both our body and our voice has been interrupted — to their natural freedom and expressive power. During the retreat, we gently and safely begin to open this connection again.

The retreat offers a holistic space for slowing down, pausing, and renewal. We deepen our connection with ourselves through yoga, meditation, somatic movement, authentic relating, and emotional alchemy. There is also space for play, dance, and the restorative presence of nature.

Daily sauna, lovingly prepared vegetarian meals, and the supportive presence of the community create an environment where it is easier to let go and make space for something new.

Food

Three delicious vegetarian meals are served each day: a varied breakfast, a nourishing lunch, and dinner. A light evening snack is also available for those who feel hungry after the evening programme.

Facilitators

The retreat is facilitated by Gloria Salo, social psychologist, therapist, and yoga teacher, together with Merja Kallunki, a somatic practitioner specialising in trauma-informed work and breathwork.
