During the Embodied Release day retreat, we explore ways to release tension held in the body and gently let go of the burdens of the past through breathwork, movement, and liberating emotional work.
Throughout the day, we will practice deep breathing and explore the connection between the body, breath, emotions, and nervous system. The day offers space to slow down, listen inwardly, reconnect with the body, and allow what is ready to move through us to be felt and released.
Themes of the day
- The wisdom of the body and learning to listen to it
